The BUSINESS INTERN  will be responsible for ensuring that the Aloes brand, vision, and values are exemplified in all store operations and client interactions. This position assists in overseeing all aspects of store performance and strategy through sales management, operational efficiencies and personnel functions. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and results through short-term and long-term strategies, processes, and events that create a positive in-store experience for both our store team and our clients. In addition, he/she must have a thorough understanding of our space in the industry as well as a familiarity for relevant brands carried and sold.


  • Assist in coordinating stock returns, credit notes
  • Process re-orders and order confirmations
  • Check sales orders from department stores and other offline stockists
  • Coordinate the creation of new customer files.
  • Work with logistics and warehouse to ensure timely and smooth deliveries
  • Support team during sales appointments, including model booking, trade shows and showroom set-up 


We are currently building our team in Jakarta Office, the team is small therefore you will be working closely with the designer. This will be a hands on learning in terms of designing and operational activities. Working hours is flexible as we do apply work-from-home environment as commuting in Jakarta can be hard ( we do understand )
