RETURN POLICY 

Aloes will exchange or refund items when notified within three days

after the good has been delivered. All goods must be returned unworn,

tags still attached, and in perfect condition. Please contact us via email

to aloesthelabel@gmail.com for return requests !

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake

on the part of Aloes or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client

will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of

returned goods. Aloes will not refund international duties and taxes. For more

information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact

your local customs bureau.

We only accept returns for the following reasons:

1. Issues with Size/fit.

2. Defective item.

3. Incorrect item.

Please take note that measurements may differ up to 0.8 inches and the true color of an item may slightly differ due to photoshoot lighting and discrepancies from individual computer resolutions.

The above-mentioned are not considered defect attributes and are therefore non-eligible for returns.

RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS

Sales items are eligible for exchange or online-store credit only. Sale items

must be notified back to Aloes within 3 days of receiving orders, and follow

the same qualifications as returns on non-sale items (detailed above).

 Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

ALOES is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed.

Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.

Please take note that an exchange offer is only applicable under the circumstance of unfitted sizes and manufacturing defects.
